Apply
Each prospective resident over 18 should contact Blue River Property Management, LLC to complete the application process.

 Step 3            
Pick your apartment
- Once your application has been approved (usually within 5 business days - sometimes as quick as 24 hours) check out our vacancies and let us know which one you would like.
     - Click here to view vacancies.

Step 4            
Put down deposit
- Once you have decided on which apartment call us to make arrangements to get a  holding deposit (cashiers check or money order) to us within 24 hours.
- In addition a holding agreement may be necessary to hold an apartment.
- Include a copy of photo ID.

Step 5            

Moving In
     - Call 5-7 days in advance to make a time to move in
- Sign Lease
- If necessary, bring balance due (pro-rated rent / 1st month's rent)
- Get your keys and start unpacking!
